Eligibility for Returns 
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items 
The following items are not eligible for return: Final sale items, Personalized or custom-made products, Items marked as clearance.
Return Process 
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@shopcwatch.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
Refunds 
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges 
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
